Brindusa Gritu has an in-depth knowledge of the European market with a focus on Eastern European legal matters, being specialized in cross border transactions, having long-term experience in assisting multinationals in their establishments in the emerging markets such as Romania. During her career, firstly as a Romanian lawyer and later on as an international lawyer, she was involved in structuring and completing large acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions for a wide variety of clients.
